And people just bashing others that have a VALID reason for wanting the build time cap lowered to like 7 or so, so far no real arguments to defend 14 day upgrade time its just sad that the people bashing others on their opinion can't even think of one :/
All you are saying here is you agree with the OP. Which is fine. If you feel 14 days is too long, then that is how you feel. The "defense" for the 14 day upgrade time is exactly the same as the "defense" for the 7 day one. Some folks are ok with it and others aren't.

The OPs arguments, which are being used to back up this statement, are baseless. Their statement that we will soon have "month" long upgrade times is completely contrary to the current reality.

Build, upgrade and attack - its most definitely is linear - there are no adventures or quests which take you on a tangent (sad face)

I see...so linear in the sense that there is a specific path you follow. Yeah that's true.

SC has stated openly that it cannot reduce time or cost drastically from existing ones. It will anger players who just upgraded. So they would only do small adjustments one at a time.

So from 14 days to 7 days? Forget it, it will never happen. Expect like 14 days to 12days or in that range.
Like i said in a previous post to down that time to like 10 days is pretty decent . You're saying we don't have a valid reason thats your opninion and you think our reason isn't valid but i don't see you guys coming up with a reason to keep it at 14 days how does that benefit you and how many players would get angry about lowering the time ? The people that gemmed the buildings ? Lets say 10%(probably a little higer but im just using an Example) of The CoC comunity has a maxed base so based on the"logic" keeping 10% satisfied is better than making 90% happy ?

The argument "The top levels take 14 days, there will be higher levels, so upgrade times will exceed 14 days" is silly.

I'm guessing the logic is more like "SuperCell has identified that 14 days is the proper upgrade time for max level players. There will be higher levels, and upgrade times will be adjusted accordingly."

I am fairly confident that when the next level Tesla comes out, it will be 14 days, and that eventually the upgrade times of Teslas for lower levels will be reduced.

If you don't like it, fine. But SuperCell is basically telling you to pay for it, or wait for it. And if you don't want to wait for it, and you won't pay for it, SuperCell probably doesn't care much if you quit. If you've made it this far without paying, you probably aren't going to again. They'd rather focus on getting the next line of customers to start paying than keep wasting time on you.

Yea i agree that "month" long upgrade is just impossible and the person who said kinda has a screw loose but comon 14days still is too much im not saying make it 7 days but like 10 days for an upgrade is enough

Considering those 10% of players probably make up 90% of their revenues, YES, they are the ones to keep happy.

If they make more people happy wouldn't that mean that people would try to spend more to get it done even quicker so their income wouldn't just come from like 5% of the players and more like 15% or so
