All you are saying here is you agree with the OP. Which is fine. If you feel 14 days is too long, then that is how you feel. The "defense" for the 14 day upgrade time is exactly the same as the "defense" for the 7 day one. Some folks are ok with it and others aren't.
The OPs arguments, which are being used to back up this statement, are baseless. Their statement that we will soon have "month" long upgrade times is completely contrary to the current reality.
Like i said in a previous post to down that time to like 10 days is pretty decent . You're saying we don't have a valid reason thats your opninion and you think our reason isn't valid but i don't see you guys coming up with a reason to keep it at 14 days how does that benefit you and how many players would get angry about lowering the time ? The people that gemmed the buildings ? Lets say 10%(probably a little higer but im just using an Example) of The CoC comunity has a maxed base so based on the"logic" keeping 10% satisfied is better than making 90% happy ?
The argument "The top levels take 14 days, there will be higher levels, so upgrade times will exceed 14 days" is silly.
I'm guessing the logic is more like "SuperCell has identified that 14 days is the proper upgrade time for max level players. There will be higher levels, and upgrade times will be adjusted accordingly."
I am fairly confident that when the next level Tesla comes out, it will be 14 days, and that eventually the upgrade times of Teslas for lower levels will be reduced.
If you don't like it, fine. But SuperCell is basically telling you to pay for it, or wait for it. And if you don't want to wait for it, and you won't pay for it, SuperCell probably doesn't care much if you quit. If you've made it this far without paying, you probably aren't going to again. They'd rather focus on getting the next line of customers to start paying than keep wasting time on you.
