I want hood who do only +320 pts tasks. A hood who promotes members Elder to be able to trash lower tasks.

We were Champions League for quite awhile - this last derby we had someone join who completed no tasks (they were removed from the neighborhood). The rest of us just could not make that up. I expect we will be back in the Champions League shortly.
