This L bot is stealing again, and again. I keep contacting support but all i get is a generic response. Today i lost 60 Bolt again, if supercell can't find out or restrict this guy, i quit hayday.

Just a question for you. Are they stealing the items from your barn or are they stealing them after they are posted to your store. The picture seems to indicate they they were posted on your store.
From what I hear, the bot operates like this: It latches on to someone's store and the MOMENT they put something 'valuable' up for sale (EMs, mostly), it takes the item.
