Clan games special rewards system

I've read a post on here saying how they should have a "non participant list" in Clan Games, and just kick those who don't help out. But that doesn't fix the real issue. The REAL issue is that you ARE a team player, and you're not getting the rewards you deserve! Maybe you MAX OUT on your Clan Games. Maybe you reach the top of the list faster than anybody else. Maybe you have a special reward in sight and you're really hoping that your clanmates pull through. In any case, it always seems like you're just one tier short of what you wanted right?

So my suggestion is this:
Since there is already a top-three spot in the CG (Gold, Silver, and Bronze?) Why not give extra rewards to those top 3 team players??
Like say, Gold rank would get 1 extra reward from ANY of the tiers.
Silver rank would get 2 extra tiers added on to theirs.
And bronze rank would get one extra tier added on to theirs.
Not only would that get you the rewards that you deserve in Clan Games, but it would also motivate EVERYONE else to participate. And maybe even join or make a clan of their own.

Now, I'm sure there will be instances where people think they can fool the system by having a clan with only three or less people in it.. so eliminate that by making a "minimum 8 person clan" rule. And also a "Required to reach at least a 1,000 points in CG" before qualifying for the extra rewards.

Also; add a timer. For all those Clan Gamers who really do great at MAXING OUT their CG, the timer will help to show who made it to the top first. They would get Gold rank, and so on with Silver, then Bronze.

So that's my idea. Let's start getting rewarded for actually being part of our clan, and let's motivate others to do the same. LET'S DO THIS!! Clash on!

OP, there have been so many threads started on this topic. There are many problems with your suggestions; find the other threads to see what they are. Also, Supercell has already said that these are CLAN games and participation in them is a CLAN management issue.

Im not a fan of individual rewards for clan games and I think they decided that participation in CGs is a clan management responsibility which I agree

It's not a clan management issue if your clan consists of adults who work from 5am to 6pm. It's called being tired. But that shouldn't stop those of us from an extra reward.

It hasn't been listed under the "decided to be ruled out" post by Supercell. I really think it will be an asset.

My stance on this whole matter is that there is nothing stopping you from sending your clan mates a reward for their effort. A gift card that they can use to purchase gems would be appreciated. As long as the rewards are not provided by SC I have no issues with it.

While it isn't in the stickied thread, Darian from SuperCell did say that they current have no plans to add this feature - for better or worse.
