I have been 3-starred or well beaten by wizards and P.E.K.K.A with increasing frequency lately, this is probably due to my rapid increase of trophies to 1700, but I'm still wondering if there are strategies to defend against these strong troops at TH 7.
try to upgrade ur hidden teslas as they deal double damage to pekkas other then that not really just try to upgrade ur defences more and have a good layoutOriginally Posted by Spellmaster
I can't defend against proper attack from TH9. You can't defend against proper attack from me and other TH8s. Keep your gold and DE level low, thats all.

Upgrade your wizard towers and mortars for wizards and for pekkas upgrade your teslas. TH 7 shouldn't be able to hold off strong attackers who use these troops. Don't take this advice and upgrade to th 8, being a premature is never good lol.

During my extensive time at townhall 7 I remember losing a lot of defenses. You can't do much about it. But when you raid 300k per raid (thats what I did) you don't care about losing 200k loot.

Yeah, spend as much of your loot as you can before you log off, and keep your TH somewhere that TH snipers can get it.
Yeah I regularly have close to maxed storages though, and I can't spend the loot, especially elixir. Also when I'm saving up for a lvl 5 BK people are gonna wreck me cause when I have 20k DE they can take 1k without a penalty. But I also just find it annoying that people keep 3 starring me. But are there any strategies to slow down/divert wizards especially, cause they wreck my base.
I don't think any th7 base could do it. I was looking at my old th7 base the other day. You only have enough walls to put resources behind two layers, and even if the cc is dead center it is still easily curable. Just max it as quick as you can and enjoy the good loot. Once your at th 8 you can defend yourself better
These are my current base and my old base, both have been wrecked by wizards. Are wizards vulnerable to splash? Or traps? Is there anything that kinda slows wizards? New base was just attacked by hogs, giants and wizards. The attacker wasn't even at 25% when his giants and hog died and they did basically nothing. Then his wizards came along and he owned me! The best defence against Pekkas is to have strong splash defences and high level teslas. Also request for witches if your clan members have any, they can stop Pekkas very easily. All the Pekkas do is keep chopping the skeletons one by one while your splash defence take them out...
