Agreed. I'm using a somewhat ballonion army (I am using level 5 balloons and level 2 minions) right now with archers added, and its working fairly well for me. I'm almost to crystal 3 (crystal 3 isn't actually that high but I almost never trophy hunt so its good for me ).

There is a level 8 air defense... Is it just me or is OP making statements and claims without any proof or facts to back it up? E.g. saying people in gold+ don't use balloons, and instead they use valks.

Why are we working with level one troops here?

If you're versing a base with levelled air defences of course level one drags loons or minions aren't going to survive long.

Defences are there to defend not tickle.
