А почему бы вам не создать хранилище для бедных, чтобы каждый мог туда что-нибудь за кинуть, например золото, эликсир, или кристаллы, и каждый мог по надобности от туда взять, а уровень её, зависел бы от уровня клана, или же чтоб при нажатии на игрока в месте с остальными опциями появлялась опция "пожертвования" в которой можно было б за кинуть ресурсы игроку. Да и при неправильном вводе пароля, советую вам сократить время блокировки.

I understand that you saying about resources donations and troop request wait time...
As sharing of resources is ruled out cause it'll be abused, many of em create a bunch of minis to donate themselves, and troop request wait time is good, no changes are need
