I research on supercell ID where I found is very much better than Game center and Google play services, But it's has a drawback of manging your ID where is has been login, it's creates so many problems in future, Suppose I gave my coc account to my brother for 2 month because that time I was busy in some work, but after 2 month I started playing but I want to logout my id from my freind device 😶😶but isn't no possible 😶😶😐☹️So we need some revolutionary changes in Supercell id where a separate web page or sites have been creates for managing my id in several devices like a gmail account 😶😶unlike gmail we need passcode for login in sites where it's ask several question like in which supercell game you login like I login in clash of clans, CLASH ROYALE and boom Beach it's ask for which TH you are coc, which arena and lvl u r in CR and which HQ and lvl you are in boom Beach 😶😶

No, you can't share it with anyone, without risking a permanent ban. People can, and do, get banned for it so it's up to you to decide whether you want to put your account at risk, knowing that in the event of any issues arising from it, SuperCell won't help you.

No, you are not supposed to let your brother have access to your account. So, the drawback you are referring to isn't a drawback. You are asking SC to change SCID in a way to make it easier for you to violate the terms of service.

Lets assume, he uses his account on his another handset and now he wants to disconnect that id from his another mobile.

His example that he gave of a problem with SCID is a problem (in his opinion) that happens if he were to give his account to someone else for two months. Since it is against the terms of service to do that, I don't know why you wouldn't expect people to point out the problem in that example isn't SCID, the problem is that would be a violation of the terms of service.
