Boosters aren’t working correctly after update

Ever since the update my boosters don’t work the way they used to... for example I just used my boat booster that’s 50% faster. My boat was set to arrive in 2 hours... so that’s already half the time. Now before the update if I activated the booster my boat would start arriving, but now it halved the time from 2 hours to 1... that is a glitch and pretty frustrating after you spent diamonds to add these extra boosters to your booster storage. Now my booster will waste 10 hours of time since I’m going to sleep and boat won’t come in time for me to fill. Also, same issue happened with my townies building booster, I hope you guys fix this...

The 'this boat is supposed to come in half the time, and obviously half of 2 hours is 5 SECONDS ' thing was a glitch. This has apparently been corrected now.

Indeed, if the booster is not performing as stated, then there is something wrong with it.

sounds to me like your boat booster is working as stated and properly now.

Not correct. I’ve emailed support and they will look into it.

I dont know about this 5 seconds thing, but that’s not what I was talking about. If the boats time is 4 hours, then half is 2 hours, right? So prior to this update the 50% faster booster - no matter when it’s activated would take off from the original time. Now, if I activate it at 2 hours, it does half of that which is 1 hour. Hopefully that is more clear.

I have no idea what you’re talking about, but this has nothing to do with my post. Never heard of the 5 second glitch unfortunately.

Oh, I'm sorry! There was a bug that if you activated a boat time booster while the next boat was coming in 4 hours the boat arrival time would suddenly be half an hour. Or 5 seconds . That's what I was talking about with the 5 seconds glitch And from the way you phrased that I really thought you were talking about that.

Now this I'm not sure. It does sound like it may be intended to work this way, but maybe not!

I sent a boat away. Activated the 35% booster. Arrival of the boat was 45 minutes.


4h - 35% are 45 minutes at HD.

At least for the first boat.
The arrival time of the following boats was then correctly calculated.

If you activate at the 4 hour mark, yes it will work correctly.

That’s not the issue I’m taking about. Try activating it when the boat is at 2 or 3 hours and then note the time. But obviously you’ll need a new booster �� and you can try it with town or train times as well.
