    Does this happen on CoC only or do you have this with any type of purchase from iTunes or from an in game purchase?

    It used to never happen then just recently it started to first happen with coc then happened to in app purchases in other games.

    if your device is not jail broken and completely standard then support will not be able to help as its an issue that needs to be addressed maybe by Apple.
    As issues are showing up in other Apps then this is not a CoC issue and its important to note Apple will not add support for a jail broken device as its against their TOS.
    it has been known that jail breaking and some installed apps can create issues with purchasing.

    if you are using a jail broken device unfortunately CoC will also not be able to help via support.

    This is not a problem with jailbreaking , it's a problem with me still not recieveing a email response after 8 days about my gems. I still have not been given the gems.

    Let's take a step back.
    you are saying that this appears in other apps as well, the in app purchasing.
    If you have been charged for any of these purchases on CoC or any other app I really suggest you contact Apple to see what the issues are about.
    if this was solely CoC then perhaps support should be able to help but to be frank it's not supports job to sort out an issue that seems to be more related to your side.

    Once more do you use a jail broken device?

    No, I don't have a jail broken device. Now to answer your other questions. I have had problems with coc and some other games similar to coc with their in app purchases, but I have had no in app purchases problems with other games that aren't related to coc. It's kind of weird. I tested it this morning with a different app.

    I know about the wait time. I'm talking about how ridiculous the wait time is when real life money is used.

    To be honest, yes its frustrating but you just have to wait it out.
    I would still speak to apple though as they may have an answer to help or you can leave feed back here.

    I contacted apple 8 hours ago, replied to me and said to contact Supercell. On a positive note they responded pretty fast.
