Hello Supercell,
I have to send an email report every time I purchase gems. I have sent an email to them 3 days ago for the 3rd time with gem purchase issues. It takes them one week to reply! By the time they reply it is useless to even use these gems. It gets annoying to do this over and over again. I even sent them a screenshot of my purchase history. Why does it take so long to reply? I have even pmed one staff member about this and they haven't even tried to reply to reply to me. This is just fustrating from a top company like you to have awful customer service. Do you even care about other people's money? Don't reply any suggestions about rebooting your idevice. They never help!
