    Come on supercell improve the system!!!!!!!!!

    Hello Supercell,

    I have to send an email report every time I purchase gems. I have sent an email to them 3 days ago for the 3rd time with gem purchase issues. It takes them one week to reply! By the time they reply it is useless to even use these gems. It gets annoying to do this over and over again. I even sent them a screenshot of my purchase history. Why does it take so long to reply? I have even pmed one staff member about this and they haven't even tried to reply to reply to me. This is just fustrating from a top company like you to have awful customer service. Do you even care about other people's money? Don't reply any suggestions about rebooting your idevice. They never help!

    While I'm very sorry that your having this issue, I have to ask if you've checked out and tried all the steps in this thread-

    And yes, SC does care, but they receive many Support requests a week, frustrating to wait I know though. But there is also no need to keep emailing them, as this just adds to the load on the support queue- which you are in since you've gotten the automated reply.

    Happened to me

    Once had the same issue. Sent a request and it was all fixed in about a week. Yes, it might be frustrating, but it all works out. They care, they are just very overwhelmed as many clashers may want support. As the clash fanbase goes up, so will the response time. When they do get to your issue, I assure you it will be fixed.

    Thanks for the responding to my thread. What are the steps you're talking about in that thread if you mean closing the app and restarting it I have tried that. Anyway I guess I will just wait

    I bought these gems to gem some of my lab time on hogs, if i don't recieve them soon they will just be lying around. How much longer?

    Kendra how long is the support queue? I have been waiting 15 days and no reply as yet. Maybe they should hire some more support staff.

    As this problem of mine is frequent, where I have to contact support everytime I make an in app purchase for any game. It'lll be annoying to do this everytime I buy gems and have to wait more than a week. Anyway still have no response.
