When players are invited, show who’s request they accepted

You can see when a player requests to join, which clan member accepted or rejected. We should have the same type of information when a player has been invited and accepts “<player name> has accepted <clan member>’s request to join” This would allow the clan to see who is bringing players into the clan, instead of the the ambiguous “<player> has joined the clan”

I have no issue with this. Except for mild embarrassment when I accidentally click, "invite" instead of "Visit" in global, and my clan sees people that I didn't mean to invite join the clan before I can say sorry and kick them.

We’ve all been there. Usually admit it when I boot the player. Or let everyone know before they get in.

Good idea, if an invitation is sent to a person and when he joins, it will appear "An invitation has been sent by (....)"
