No you got it wrong. Jonas basically means getting rid of the drop down after you tap a townie in the tab. Great idea, by the way

Personally, I’m quite happy with it as it is. Don’t see an issue with it, and find it bemusing that there’s so much fuss about some tapping. Many people don’t like it, I get that, but it’s not true to assert that no-one is happy with it and everyone wants it changed as the first post seemed to imply.

I tried to be very careful (and thought I was successful) in not acting as if there aren’t people that like it since I know, for example, that Elluna and Wussy have both said on numerous occasions that they do. Please read the post again. Hopefully you’ll see it differently. Thanks for your input. SC will use it all.

Thank you both for your answers. Yes, the point is simply skipping the beloved drop-down menu (at least in the idle tab) should be a really small change within the already existing code. That wouldn't harm the current concept at all, as it doesnt take away any of the options ...yet still solves the too much tapping problem.

Im here to sign the petition Theres too much extra scrolling and tapping. Its tedious. Sometimes i find it easier to just click on the visitors as theyre walking around and send them to buildings that way. Personally i still cant believe the town hall was overlooked in the update.

I was really convinced this was going to be fixed in this latest update. I used to visit my town almost every time I logged in but not since the change in sorting. It's really only helpful for the specific townie tasks. Now with the building tasks added is even less helpful. At the least I'd like to see an original tab and the best solution would be a button for us to sort in the way we choose; time left, townie, buildings and the like. Doesn't seem like it would be that complicated. All sorts of websites I use regularly employ such features.

It does seem there are more satisfied people than I would have thought so this may not go high on the list in which case I just have to let go of the town. Honestly though the rest of the game has gotten stale and without a fix soon I don't see myself spending anymore on diamonds. I already passed up the lovely Easter tree because I can't justify it with how much less time I spend playing since the town was changed.

I'll just end with saying I pretty much agree with the OP.
