“Download new update for 5 diamonds” popup after updating

Hi there, I posted about this last night but had it removed as I noticed others with this problem, but unfortunately for me I still cannot load in while others can. I have power cycled my device, still no result. This has always been a problem but I can usually play after half an hour of updating. But it has been around 15 hours and still no fix. Any advice on this would be much appreciated!

You can try checking in the bugs section, however, what device are you running on?
