One of the takeaways is prior to the SCID, Supercell didn't support multiple accounts on one device; now it does if we link our multiple accounts with SCID.

Was it due to inability to support multiple farms if something went wrong, or purely for....business, financial (income) reasons?

Can SCID be used to port a farm onto another device?

We have a neighbour who is playing on a galaxy tab ... I dont mention the model / version since that is it ... the original one that came out five or six years ago. They don't have Facebook etc and are non-techy. The tab is just used for Hayday.

At some time they will be looking for a new tab - the top version Amazon fire tab looks really good and will be dirt cheap on Black Friday. Now as we know the Amazon fire doesn't have Google play unless it's hacked to load it.

So if the SCID could be used to port a farm to another device, it would be handy.

As I understand it, using the SCID will allow us to port a farm from one device to another device as long as we remember the email address we will use to register with the SCID.

After registration, a code will be sent to the email address and we will need to tap the code onto the device to link farm with SCID. Then we can play the farm on any device.

I don’t see why not, but you’ll loose your Facebook friends.

I don't have that many facebook friends that play this game anyway. But I'm having issues with Facebook in general, and I'm ready to close my account entirely after being there for .... ever. The only reason I'm still on Facebook is because so many games need it to cross platforms.

I'm a big fan of this and have already set up two coc and boombeach accounts on my devices. My son is happy as he can clash twice now. Wife isn't. ��

for me as a streamer the benifits are great. No disconnection of devices to switch devices. I can now use the same and just switch accounts on the same device. Awesome. Allows for much more fluidity in Hay Day streams.

As a player that sells to myself I might lose out as a second device is easy to grab the items but that's just a side issue till a trading box is added using player ID ����

i also like the option that that I can now save both games and recovery is possibly much easier. I wonder though if in future I can connect both games to the same Facebook account and not worry about loss of one game. That would be ideal. Facebook friends but saved under two supercell IDs

In the news I was very excited to see that a new Supercell ID is on the way. It will be wonderful to have an easier time creating multiple accounts. A question I have, for those of us who want to not have Facebook… Will it be possible to change Facebook related farms onto the supercell ID and eliminate Facebook without loosing our old farm? Please let us know. THANKS FOR THE UPCOMING FEATURE.

I love the idea of this feature. But Ranger made me start questioning… If we can have more than one farm on one device, will we lose the ability to play from 2 devices at once?

No. Not at all. I have multiple CoC accounts on Supercell ID and I still play them on multiple devices. SC ID is really a great feature. In addition to making multiple accounts easier to switch through, it also makes account recovery easier.

This is correct. In addition, you can choose any email address you want to link your farm to SC ID. You don’t have to use the address originally associated with your account. This is also convenient because, normally, you would have to contact support to switch email addresses.
