    While these small changes in times aren't going to make a huge difference, it will at least help us somewhat. I realise the Spell Factory now has a 4hr boost for 20 Gems and that's a move in the right direction, I still feel a reduction in Spell times is long overdue though.
    Rage spells used to take 4 hours, remember?

    Great thread face....couldn't agree more. Hate when my troops are done and even with zoomed spell factory 5th spell isn't finished. Don't often use 5 spells but you get the jist.

    I remeber when they took a life time, so I think they are great the way they are, it wasn't that long ago they took a huge reduction in time, also, with the new addition of the extra 3 1/4 hours of spell boost, I don't think its needed, if everything keeps taking huge chunks of reductions, then it just makes everything OP.

    spells are fine.

    Last update, spell cost switched for gold to elixir.
    The 1 gem boost, over the Halloween period.
    End of August, they reduced the price of spells
    June was introduction of level 6 spells
    April was the huge reduction in time.

    Spells can really turn the tide of a raid, yea great on attack, but annoying on defence, players would explode on the forums, they have done a lot over the course of the game, I don't think in introduction of reduced time (again) is needed, spells are great how they are. If supercell change anything, it should be reverting them back to previous time just to remind players how slow they where before.
    Probably a higher level, a higher Townhall, better walls and better heros.

    i think for mean for the love of de and i agree with you. If we want to use 3 rages and a lightening we have to wait 165 minutes..or 2 hours and 45 minutes. thats quite a bit

    In my day we didn't even have spells, and when they were finally invented they took four hours to make. You whippersnappers with all your instant gratification are just spoiled.

    Possibly like 5 minutes on most but since it has recently been changed to elixir there is no need to lower the time
