    SC are trying to walk a line between you feeling that spells are necessary, yet not quite being able to use them without spending gems. Maybe reducing times will do that, but they won't do it for your convenience!

    As I rarely use spells, and don't want them used on me more, I say they are fine.

    But as you are proposing "free stuff" you will of course get overwhelming support.

    what about a army camp for speels? when they are done thex transfer to the spell camp. like an archer in the barracs, it will send right after finishing to the camp. then we would be able to train speels while we are using them in an attack?

    Yes of course! Spell making takes about 2 hours to make 3 spells (I have level 3 SF) so shorter making time would be great. I don't expect it to be completed in like 1 minute but about 15-20 minutes each would do fine for me!

    This has been suggested before, the main objection previously was that it allowed more hiding of gold - but now we are in Elixir mode, I assume it will get a lot of support. Here and now, I think it would be too soon to add another Elixir sink.

    High trophy levels require a handful of spells to come out on top now. If you're not using them you're probably a low town hall farming in low trophy ranges. At high ranges though the the bases have grown a lot in power and as a result has the demand for spells in battles has risen also. The spells take the same amount of time to make now even though we didn't have things like inferno towers and xbows back when these spell times were set in place.

    Why are people still bothered by DE zaps? Low TH levels can't even take as much now. Same level TH won't be able to take much anyway. And higher level TH won't even be zapping. Here's a tip, stop storing so much DE that you don't need for upgrades etc. And if you don't need it, zaps shouldn't even matter to you. If you care THAT much about lightnings, and are getting zapped alot, you're probably too low in trophy range.

    I'm fresh TH9 at Gold 1 / Crystal 3, so I don't know if that counts as low/low in your eyes.

    High Power bases also need a lot of Elixir, which this will drain even faster.

    Spells and Troops have been buffed since Xbows certainly, and Infernos (troops yes, spells maybe)

    Like I said, SC want you to need them but not quite have them at your convenience.
