War event treasury discussion

Please increase the Treasury capacity. Because not a single person from the winning team, who has two (both) successful attacks, can have all the war bonus that the one has achieved. Then what is the point of giving 4X WAR BONUS, if one cannot have the whole lot one earns?

Example:
A TH11 player having a max CC of Level 13 Clan can hold in TREASURY a maximum of 3,600,000 gold & elixir each and 18,000 dark elixir. The recommended target shows a 4X WAR BONUS of 2,730,000 gold & elixir each and 15,000 dark elixir. So, 2 such successful attacks in a winning war will fetch 5,460,000 gold & elixir each and 30,000 dark elixir. So, wastage of 1,860,000 gold & elixir each and 12,000 dark elixir; even if the TREASURY were empty. Hence the conundrum.

So in a regular war you get maybe 1.3-1.6 million. With the event, you are getting your treasury filled completely for doing nothing different. So you are saying that you didn’t get enough free loot? The x4 event is meant to benefit everyone, not just high level players. X4 makes it so that lower level town halls and the clan who loses the war ( 50% of all players) can get a bonus too. Why not just be happy with all the extra, free loot?

It's not the end of the world but it's definitely disappointing. Especially since it was pointed out when 4x was first announced that it wouldn't fit in the cc.
These kind of things are kind of par for the course with SC. Especially the zero response that they have given on this

Personally, I’m just disappointed in their response. Yes, there are some people freaking out when it’s not a huge deal. Yes, it sucks. Should SuperCell own up to it, and offer something else in exchange? If they want to provide good customer service, and show they care about their loyal customers, absolutely! The resource cost in this game is very high, not to mention the time commitment - I’ve been playing nearly every day for 4? 5? years. I’ve lost count. So yea, I’m going to take it personally when the mods are essentially responding with a god complex, and blame the few that are throwing a fit instead of addressing the issue like a proper company. Saying “we would have had a different response if you hadn’t complained” is not a proper way to address this. That’s just lazy customer support, blaming others.

Can we have a boost treasury for war event? 3.6 is so small for th11 4x war loot.

As noted by others, there are differing opinions among the mods, gasps, etc. Also, one thing that impacts the discussion is the tone of the complaint. If someone posts that they were disappointed to learn they didn’t actually get 4x loot and they wish SC would allow the treasury capacity to be exceed for this event, that person is not likely to get a lot of disagreement. On the other hand if the person acts as though this is a huge deal, a major conspiracy, a cover-up, they were lied to, the event is totally pointless now, SC is horrible, etc., well that gets a different reaction.

Im not saying its a conspiracy and SC is NOT horrible. Yes my tone was a bit aggressive but thats because 1) Storage limits are flexible when you BUY deals and pay money then why not let us have all the loot for the 4x event?
2) They could’ve at least clarified that there was a mistake and then made an exception or changed the event details. I dont really care about this now. I was just dissapointed when I lost half my loot while I was expecting to get all of it. But anyway whats done is done. Cant really do anything about it now.

If you are taking anything personally in regards to the game, I might suggest a simple moment of honest refection.

Was it done correctly? Nope. Is it some unforgivable personal insult? Of course not.

Total play time shouldn't have much if anything to do with it imo.
