Matchmaking, Looting, Farming NOW RUINED!!!!!!

I am very disappointed with the update that Supercell had for COC. This is absolutely horrible. You have taken away every opportunity to grow and build. WHY? Because they want your money!!!! $$$$$. They force you into purchasing gems! Not from me. I'm a level 58 and just finished upgrading my TH to lev 9. If I knew this was coming I wouldn't have! Why did I upgrade my TH? To build up my defenses against those looting me! When I search for someone in my range they give me lev 40 people with no money or lev 90 people with tons of money and an impossible defense. This is ridiculous. How are we suppose to build items that cost millions? Thanks for ruining a good game! I hope this gets fixed, solved and corrected! For those who sympathize please post something!!!!

yep. It's a rule. Quiters are to leave mines and collecters outside.

So tell me. Is this the inevitable when you reach Lev. 9TH? So your suppose to stay at lev. 8 until you don't want to farm/loot anymore? How is someone suppose to build up their base then from that point on?

Stay at TH 8 until you max everything. Walls, defenses, troops, everything. Then upgrade to TH 9 and do it all again. The reason is that it is harder to win enough loot at TH 9, which is why should do as much as possible at TH 8.

Is it best to upgrade everything before upgrading the TH? I am at TH 7 and currently a few days away from TH8. Not much is fully upgraded....should I stop the TH and upgrade everything first? Or is it just a big jump to TH9?
