Giladll and Legendary Lurker's DE Farming Guide, Crystal League:

Ok, so for the past month or two me and my friend LegendaryLurker have been DE farming up in Crystal League, me and him have been averaging 50K DE per day (if you learn to do it well you can do that or maybe even more) and we are going to share you our tips:
(This is a guide mostly for TH9's and 10's and it takes place in 2200-2500 Trophies).

1. Troop training:
1st Barracks: 11 archers, 10 barbs, 5 goblins, 4 giants, 2 wall breakers.
2nd Barracks: 11 barbs, 10 archers, 5 goblins, 4 giants, 2 wall breakers.
3rd Barracks: 11 goblins, 10 archers, 5 barbs, 4 giants, 2 wall breakers.
4th Barracks: 11 goblins, 10 barbs, 5 archers, 4 giants, 2 wall breakers.
(You don't have to do this part, but it's helpful for luring the CC troops).
1st Dark Elixir Barracks: 2 Hog Riders.
2nd Dark Elixir Barracks: 2 Hog Riders.
Remember: Always have a full CC, and always have your troops pre-made before you go raiding.

2. Spell combo:
Me and Lurker have different thoughts about this, both are good:
I prefer: 1 Rage, 2 Heals, 1 Lightning.
He prefers: 2 Rages, 1 Heal, 1 Lightning.
(You don't need all 4 spells to go raiding but the more the merrier).

3. Finding the right base:

1. Don't raid any base with under 1800 DE.
2. Look for a base with a CC that is easy to lure.
3. Look for a base with or lots of DE in his pumps, or a base where the player's DE storage is easy to get too.
4. Look for a base with lower level Wizard Towers, WT's do lots of damage on Giants and Tier 1 troops.

4. Raiding:

1. Lure CC and heroes you can use the Hog Riders for that. Kill them with your CC or lightning or surround them with Barbs and Archers.
2. Remove the outer buildings that are next to where you're going to deploy your Giants (so that the heroes/troops don't get distracted)
3. Deploy Giants, drop rows of Archers and Barbs behind them, and trickle in your Wall Breakers.
4. If you have Spells (not including the Lightning) deploy them: Drop rage when you're close to the center and/or where there are lots of defenses, drop the heal when your giants, or big chunks of troops are getting hurt by Splash Damage.
5. When you have a clear path straight to the DE storage, deploy your goblins, try to trickle them in and not let them get hit by Splash Damage.
6. If your heroes are still alive and you've gotten what you came for, leave the battle immediately, don't let your heroes lose health.

A couple side tips:
1. Before you drop in your goblins, try to take out all the near mines/pumps/storage's, you don't want your goblins getting distracted.
2. If a CC has Wizards/Giants/Dragons/Pekkas, don't drop your lightning, it won't do the job.
3. Try to watch out for Giant Bombs, they do lots of damage on Tier 1 troops.
4. NEVER drop your Giants if you barely have any Tier 1 troops left, it won't work.

50K DE per day, that's interesting. Can you elaborate how many hours of playing? How about average K DE outcome per hour, or per 04 hours playing (spell boost time) instead?

Well dragon: I clash while working, so I leave the phone next to me and go raiding every time my camps are full...
Most players don't have that luxury.
I average 2K de per-raid which means 25 raids and I get my loot.
I wouldn't know if you could do that but you should give it a try

I haven't farmed just for DE much if at all yet, but I've been farming around from Gold 1 to Masters 2, using 16 Balloons and 70 minions, sometimes 20/60, and around Crystal 1 I'd say 3k+ per raid is easily acheivable, probably more if you look hard; if you go light on the balloons, that's about 5k per hour after expenses if you win your battles and get the loot bonus (which isn't too hard in Crystal 1). As you're only farming DE, you can afford to look hard for a good base to raid, and afford a rage spell or two here and there, and you'll still make plenty of gold and elixer. Or you could farm down, just cherry-picking the DE with half an army or less per raid on exposed drills and stores, in which case you don't need a full army so could probably double your rate per hour.
