Thanks for sharing such a great base design Cloud. I just stumbled on this thread last night because I've been shopping for a new TH9 farming base.

I had a really good Anti-hogging base that I've been using the past couple months, but it wasn't that great against giant/healer which is what I get hit with 8 out of 10 times in the 1500-1700 range.

I think another beauty of this design is how much it amps up the CC power. The open path to the WT seems to let the CC troops camp out in there while taking everyone out. So ground troops have to shoot through a lot of buildings before they can get to the CC troops.

I just switched to this last night and of course the first attack is with 30 Hogs, but I had a dragon in the CC and they were only LVL 3, so he got pretty much smoked and only got 1 Elixir Storage.

Ah... lot of people has been saying this will never stop hogs. But sure, the purpose of this base is for farm. If one wants to hog you, hardly any th9 will survive through a skillful hog raids.
and im glad the base is working for you. Every building has their purpose on being there when I design the base

I just hitted TH9 - both xbows are building - and I searched the forum for some great bases.. yours is defenitly one of the best ! Pretty good looking base ! Thanks for sharing !
I got everything max. of TH8 - all walls (even the new ones) are level 8 now.
I searched in YT for an defence replay.. but i did found any..
Can anyone of you provide me a link to a defence replay ?
I'd really apprichiate it !

What do you thing about switching out the wizardtowers with the mortars.. i know they are quite wxposed then, but I think my gold is saved better then, isn't it ?
And Elixir is always ob max 😂

I've been using this base for a couple of months now and it rocks just the way it is. Hogs can hit it hard, but no base is perfect. Hang around Gold II and you hardly get any hog hits.

Once defences are upgraded, the base is unbreakable.

Big congrats to CW on this design and for sharing it....yes I'm a fanboy!!
