How to add url to our signature picture?

Not sure exactly if it works, but I would use the following BB code:

[url=<your hyperlink>][img]<your image>[/img][/url]

In that way the image become the link, but I am not sure if that is allowed in signatures, try checking the Clash, content, signature shops for more information.

I've never tried hyperlinking to a picture before, but I would try what PaluEF suggests. I don't know if it'll work though.
