Still waiting for someone to post a reason why this needs to be changed that isn't simply because of an ego/jealousy thing.

LOL some one really donot understand thing ....still want reason....his lvl10 clan just destroyed...his 2 year hardwork is just wasted ....only because some selfish players....who intentionally donot contribute in clan ...what more reason you want...can you gave example of reason which you are looking for????

if you still want reason just try to make a new clan without anyone's help just only you ....no friends help ...than hopefully you will get a reason....and please send your new clan's tag to me in private....thanks

His clan was destroyed due to being an incompetent leader. He didn't react to what his members wanted and they left to find a better clan.
Also I doubt the only reason they left was because of some clan game hoppers. I'm willing to bet there are some other unresolved issues in the clan, but you won't acknowledge that cause you don't look for discussion just an echo chamber

Ask yourself one question: Why do you need to be a clan leader?

Just join a clan that is active, be a good member, and prosper. If you want to start a new clan without knowing anyone, understand that it is a very, very difficult process and, in all likelihood, your clan will fail to meet whatever goals that you had when you formed it. It is like starting a business by yourself. It can succeed, but the deck is stacked against you. The vast majority fail. If it were easy then every one would do it. But it isn't, and they don't.

Hi Supercell and Forum memeber. I know there are many post made on this topic. And Supercell says it as a clan management issue.

But, really it is not. Because we maintain our clan good from level1 to level 10 now for more than 2 years. Still it happens then what is the issue here ?

We regularly score upto max points 3000 - we play genuine..
We set clan to invite only - to avoid free loaders

There are only 15 members in our clan - 15×3000 = 45,000
We put all our effort and score ~40,000 above..

Then how can we achieve 50,000 ??

So, We need more members..
We invited more than 100...
But, only 2 or 3 stay permanent..

So, there is no way other than opeing our clan to anyone can join..

Here comes the problem, Many joined.. Played clan games. But, only scored 50 points and left away.. this happens again and again by many members..we also kick out some of them who score below 100 points..

Then again our clan strength becomes 15.
clan games can't able to achieve upto end tier.
So, who are all played upto 2000 above they again come to play and achiev 3000 all and finally achieved 50,000 points upto end tier.

But, All 15 players came to ask, Why we are hardworking like this.? Did u see some members can inbetween gains just 50 points and gets all reward.. We only harworking like a idiots when there is a way to get all rewards just for 50 points..

Then one by one now everyone left my clan..

Tell me what i did worst in clan management ?
I am a leader for more than 2 years with all my loveable caln mates. Still This happens only because of 50 point gainers and 3000 points gainer gets same reward.

How this could be fair ??????????????

There is huge difference... Still both getting same reward...
When i make a thread regarding this.. everyone asks what you lose from this..let that 50 points gainer too collect the reward....!!

When i let him to collect the reward. Then how he will try to play upto 3000 ? where is the motivation here ?

if i kickout him..who gives me player for my clan to achieve upto last tier? we gathered each and everyone by searching on clan, global, friends , forum and more... Simply because of this clan game how can we able to kickout.? if kickout who goes and search for new members again..? kick out is not a solution here. Why can't motivate them to play upto 3000 points ? Fixed must set of points is best than keep on saying play clan games..

That's what i request to Supercell 
Please take some action and bring changes to clan games..

We hate that 50 points scorer's. They spoiling our game and clan games..

Don't need to change anything more,
Just Change some little things on collecting rewards..

Tier 1 reward can be collected if your point is more than 100
Tier 2 reward can be collected if your point is more than 500
Tier 3 reward can be collected if your point is more than 1000
Tier 4 reward can be collected if your point is more than 1500
Tier 5 reward can be collected if your point is more than 2000
Tier 6 reward can be collected if your point is more than 2500
Tier 7 reward can be collected if your point is more than 3000

Note : Still clan game overall points remains the same. Overall clan need to take 50,000 points to unlock upto last tier. and other reward tiers unlocks Asusual.. Only changes when collecting rewards.

For example :

if a player of clan games completed upto last tier clan with his point is 50 on the end of clan games, and he tries to collect reward it need to say,

"Need 100 points to collect reward from tier 1. You don't have enough points !!"

Another example :

if a player of clan games completed upto last tier clan with his point is 2500 on the end of clan games, and he tries to collect reward, he can collect upto tier 6. When he tries to collect tier 7 it need to say,

"Need 3000 points to collect reward from tier 7. You don't have enough points !!"

Clan game doesn't spoil,

Example : If the clan overall point is 48,000 out of 50,000. Then the clans last tier will not be available for all Asusual.
if 27,000 points then last two tiers not available for all same like previous..

Sorry for long story. I tried best to make u all understand ...

Pls supercell implement this in game....
It will motivate even free lancers to get points....
So, they will play for there reward....

Perhaps you need help managing your clan. It might help if you can send out your clan tag (via PM) so that people might be able to analyze what is going on in your clan. You can also visit the Clan Talk sub forum and see if you can merge with another clan during Clan Games.

I am sure that SC will be so intimidated with the use of large fonts and exclamation points that they will all of a sudden agree to implement this feature.
