We want a diamond confirmation button

Wish there was a "confirm" prompt before diamonds are spent. It's easy to accidentally spend them

Thousands of players agree with you, but SC think it will 'spoil the flow of the game'. What they actually mean is 'spoil the flow of money into our pockets from misspent diamonds ha ha ha'.

I hate it! Had a hard time getting diamonds and when I look up they are gone. I don't remember hitting the diamond to speed up anything!!!

how about a diamond safe? A feature whereby diamonds can e locked in the farm house till you need them?

I have just signed up to post this and unsurprisingly noticed its been raised by many people before but why can't there be a confirmation button for using diamonds. Having just got 2 diamonds for completing "reviving bushes" I immediately lost them and another 6 on a cherry tree that I did not need. This is so infuriating when it takes so long to get diamonds and other valuable items. I can't see how it would spoil the flow of the game as I can't imagine diamonds are used regularly and the confirmation button has been added for ordering a package in the new postman feature and it doesn't spoil that!!!

as a suggestion on a more positive note what about a weekly auction feature where players can offer items and the highest bid wins - could be entertaining

A diamond "lock" would be easiest.

Every time I accidentally use gems, I get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ off and debate removing the app from my phone.
But then I see my starving piggies and shivering sheep and pity overtakes me and thus it continues.

Every time I think about buying gems, I remind myself how I'll probably spend half of them doing stuff I don't want to do.

The lack of this feature really makes me hate supercell, and paints them in a slimy view.

I agree, I do like option one a lot, option 2 can be combined. It just sucks when you're saving up diamonds and accidentally use 7 on rushing bread because you're moving things around and click it by accident. Or I accidentally click diamonds and the product is just finishing. What a huge waste! >_<

This is the only reason I come to forum to get a refund I asked about a confirm button but still no response

It would be great if you should confirm using diamonds, I have spent far too many diamonds by accident.

Also I would like the possibility to buy diamonds with HayDay coins.

Buying Tom for 6 helps (for example) would also be great as someone suggested. It's not nice to keep track of every 2 hrs so you don't lose diamonds for nothing.
