We want a diamond confirmation button

The ones who really cares for their game, and know how to play - will not miss-click.

I have personally tried swiping my fingers all over the speed up buttons, you will have to put your finger on the button, or swipe it on to the button - and let go exactly ON the button - I do not see a real problem in NOT letting go on that little button.

Ipad users: You got a massive screen, try and develop a sense of "Fine Motor Control" Before buying the Ipad.

Iphone users: don't let go of the screen when having your finger ON the button (Duh)


As for the performance of the game, the only logical solution would be to add the ability to disable ALL payment buttons from the settings - And lets be honest = Bad, bad and.. Bad business advice? lol


Now, before posting here - with a chance to be heard - try thinking about who YOU are, and what YOU do for a living - I myself am 15 years old, studying Law enforcement (this including business tricks like this) and generally just doing everything a kid wouldn't want to do.

You have to remember, the leaders of this firm does not care a bit about you, they care about their families, and this means they have to earn money - money coming from this game.

People say that it is a bad thing to have this button, and they want a confirmation message before spending their diamonds. This message will do several negative things.
1. It will slow down the process for normal, intelligent people - who really thinks before pushing the button with the big diamond on.
2. It will make a lot of people angry (including me) because of the stupidity of people around the game (look above)
3. It will make a lot of jerks happy. (Have you seen your posts? - dissing the producers, saying you got a much better idea for this, maybe you do - but then tell them, with maybe a little more respect.)
and I could go on.
There is also some good stuff which could be added.
1. No random spending of diamonds, this means; no people clicking the button, which is quite easy not to hit.
2. No random foul-mouthed comments about the "Button"
Erm - I think thats about it.


Let me sum it up.

the Button: Let it be, no confirmation button required, no extra settings required.
Why: well, think twice before swiping your hand all over the screen.

Yes please add the conformation button,I too have accidentally hit that button a few times.and to the 15 yr old smart allic,I've just been swiping to get corn, wheat,ect., And have lost diamonds, so just cause it never happened to you don't mean that it has never happened to anyone else!

ummm. Did you just know that you told a bunch of people with disabilities that they are a bunch of jerks, not intelligent and stupid?

I know you are only 15 and maybe have not read all the reasons why people accidentally click on the speed up. When people get older sometimes their hands are a lot more shaky then your amazing "fine motor skills" and people have posted here they have parkinson's disease which can make this happen very easily.

Enjoy your amazing skilled hands while you are in your youth and I hope they remain that way all your life.

when you just created a new post with your ideas and say this

DIAMOND PROBLEM
It seems like someone got a problem with the diamond function, which I actually busted my ♥♥♥ on a couple of times too xD
Solution: When you click it, make a small box, right next to the diamond button, pop up, and then people have to press that too to confirm.
Example: (D = Diamond - C = Confirm)
WHEAT
D-(Popping up)-C


With this being able to be turned off in the Settings of course

Do you support one or not?

Frankly I don't care what the solution is but we definitely need something... Understand what is said about flow and impulse buying but even a double tap is better!

I like both the idea of lock diamonds and double tap, quite a long time I am thinking of double tap, but isn't the double tap a basic move in iOS for zooming ? Then shouldn't it be a triple tap then... So the lock diamonds in the option seems to me to be the simplest solution (KISS).

But SuperCell MUST do something, I have lost around 200 diamonds and feel frustrated, if I would not be afraid of loosing diamonds, I would buy them more often. I feel that SC is shortsighted and do not think long term.

Do you zoom in when you double tap on a machine to pick up the produced items?
Do you zoom in when you double tap a pet? etc, etc, etc.

A doubletap does not always trigger a zoom. It depends on WHAT is doubletapped.
This is defined by the developers. this should not be a problem.

Btw just some extra information: I call this solution the "double tap", cause u now have to tab twice before the speedup is performed. It does not mean that a fast interval of two taps on the same spot (aka doubletap), has to be performed. I know this sounds a bit unclear, so ill try to explain what I mean.

I could tap the speedup button. now I can watch the diamond icon of the speedup "light up". Then I choose to tap it again and perform this action (speedup). Notice I have to make two taps. The time interval between those two taps can vary. Therefore it is actually a two tap, instead of a "doubletap".

I still feel solution one is the best cause of its simplicity, but still verry effective. Thos who want to speed up, can keep do that in a fast manner and it will not interfere with game/user experience / flow. Accidental gem spendings will happen near to never (what is the chance u accidently release finger while beeing on diamond icon, and then accidently put your finger back on the screen on that same spot??).

I play another game (Gardens of Time) with a similar accidental spending problem. Their solution is to have a 2-3 second delay so if you tap again the sale is cancelled. If they can do it, so can Hay Day.
