    I really think we should all go to the App Store and leave a 1 star rating and let all potential new customers know that SuperCell will rip them off if they play this game. Only then will SC wake up and realize that it's not good business to upset, and then ignore, your good customers.

    Sorry Gigglesbee. Although I quoted you, I was actually talking to everyone in this thread. My mistake.
    However, I must say that it is highly unusual to not even get an automated response. This is set up automatically, so if you never received one, that probably means your problem never made it to supercell, and would explain why you never heard back from them.
    As I said before everyone, check all folders thoroughly. If you didn't receive a reply with a ticket number, then let me know please.

    Same old, same old

    Just dropped into this forum after giving up playing HayDay after getting ripped off by ♥♥♥. Yet again the same complaints about diamonds being taken with no corrective action forthcoming. I, amongst many others, raised this issue back in January saying only idiots would spend money on diamonds while the problems existed. The response ? I got warned about using the term idiots !! Very responsible way to deal with a valid complaint raised by hundreds of users.
    But then again, if you're getting the amount if money coming in that ♥♥♥ are, would you worry ? Best answer, do what I and loads of others have done and move to another game cause things ain't gonna change here in our lifetime!
    Hmmm, I presume I'll get another warning or a ban. Truth hurts !

    Don't buy diamonds until they fixed the problem.

    If you keep buying diamonds you are inventing them to not fix the problem. I stopped buying diamonds weeks ago.

    Out of curiosity, I visited the app store yesterday to see what new reviewers had to say. It's not pretty.

    Folks have changed 5 star ratings down to 1 and edited to say how a grand game has gone bad. New players are rating only 1 and saying if there was a way to give 0 stars they would. Complaints are rampant and angry about the freezing and crashing issues. Several posts of money lost on diamond purchases. Old and brand new players are actually warning others away from the game.

    If representatives from SC have not yet looked at the reviews, they really should. It's ruining their reputation and losing potential players, many of whom would spend money.

    As stated throughout these forums where users have posted complaints about the update - there have NOT been ANY replies, automated or otherwise. Apparently yet another update bug?

    TOTALLY agree with all of the above. I know I've accidentally lost diamonds through my own fault BUT this evening I made sure I was really careful and I've lost 15. How? ****** 15. That's a lot to lose in a couple of hours and I'm not happy about it.

    Funny they showed object to you using the term 'idiots' while at the same time they now are allowing obscene farm names. For example, I have recently scene farms named using both the 'F' word and the 'C' word (referring to female genitalia). These used to be starred out - an undocumented feature of the latest update?
