    Filing support tickets does no good

    I've filed support tickets. no one EVER gets back to me. It's ridiculous that they screw over people who spend actual money on their game! This is an issue that I've seen in the forums ever since I started playing the game. Either they don't care....or they're stealing diamonds on purpose...thinking we won't notice.

    I'm so close to leaving this game. i'm so tired of game developers (Zynga...anyone?) trying to take advantage of good customers. Can't we just have a fun, honest game to play????

    I'm so irritated!

    Don't buy them!

    I quit buying them. They are useless if you can't spend them the way you want. Until it is fixed everyone should stop buying them!

    I vote yes. But know it won't happen

    This is ridiculous that this has not been added. Not difficult. I feel they don't add it, because it is a way to get us to purchase diamonds. I recently spent 100 diamonds to purchase Tom without trying. My dog actually hit my iPad and did it. Didn't even know it for 3 days. Everyone has spent countless diamonds speeding up things without trying it. Please Supercell make this upgrade!!

    Accidentally losing diamonds

    Since the upgrade this has been a huge issue for me. When ever I go to plant crops, as I touch 1 crop after harvesting to plant (and this is done quite quickly,) simultaneously the diamond lightening flash icon comes up right on top of the crop I start to plant. There goes diamonds and there isn't a thing you can do about it.

    It does this in a nano of a second. It does it so quickly many people would not notice the action that steals diamonds.
    This never happened to me before the update.
    The same goes for when I've finished collecting milk or animal products and I click on te icon to feed. All of a sudden I have a cow with milk to collect, and I knowingly didn't create that action.

    These diamond stealing icons need to be moved away and not be right on top of the action.
    its extreamly frustrating when playing the game.

    Even though I am careful and very aware of it ,it catches you off guard because you are concentrating on other things in the game.
    Im also wondering if this is happening relative to where my animals and crops are placed as other players may not be having this problem but plenty of players are!
    Even so ....... There are no rules as to where or how crops and animals should be placed not to loose diamonds. There definitely needs to be
    a pause before the action is taken or a confirm button.






    This needs to be fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have lost 56 diamonds since the update. I will NOT buy diamonds anymore. It is pure and simple robbery, which is a disgusting behaviour

    Support have a lot of emails to get through, so it may take several days. Please only send one email, as sending multiple emails for the same problem makes response time longer for everyone. Immediately after you contact support, you should receive an automated response with a ticket number. If you didn't, please check your other folders in case it ended up in your spam folder.

    I don't send multiple emails for the same issue. And by 'several days', does that mean weeks? Because that's how long it's been. I've seen plenty of other complaints from people saying that "customer service" never responds to them either so, I know it's not a random thing.

    My thought is, they know that diamonds are disppearing. They know that their paying customers are angry. And they just don't care.
