As has been pointed out every time this subject comes up (which is once or twice per games), you get what you don't take.
If your clan all avoid BH challenges, then your board will tend to fill with them. If your clan grab them as quick as they can, your board will tend to fill with TH challenges. We usually have more TH challenges most of the time. Including right now (8 TH, 4 BH)

Complainers, complainers and more complainers. .......It is not the end of the world if they made some changes in clan games in the last hour. .
Now even small clans can achieve those rewards...it is good to look at the brighter side sometimes....
Next clan games let's have a main base game so we can avoid bb all together
I don't mind BH challenges as long as I get to choose the MV too. I think this setting makes the most people happy
With the original clan games small clan could get a book with 6 players (18000 points and 3000 cap), now to get a book a clan needs 15 players ....

On the other hand, the 2000 cap does make the game seem easier. I sort of like it. I do think SC would like clans to join together and be larger than 6 players...

I would really dislike that. If they did it at all similar to the BB games, it would be bad for me and my clan. If they instead made it much easier, then perhaps it would be ok, but overall I would not like it much. I like the choice of both bases.

I'm kinda with you on that, well I was, until I realised why this has been done. A lot of the pointages have been nerfed. It takes just as long to get to 2k points now as it did to get to 3k points a couple of games ago.
Frankly I'm a bit saddened that such a cool feature as the games, have already had pretty much all enjoyment sucked right out of it by Sc's signature botched implementation and misguided communications. My clan has already complete apathy towards the games which is a real shame as I still like them but boy...what a shambles it has become already and it's not even 3 months old.
