Hi there! I have created a new neighborhood named Happy Bee Farms! My vision for this hood is for it to be a group of kind people that love the game, love helping one another, and love the derby.

Requirements/Rules:
-Be active. (Maintaining town, helping others, doing tasks)
-Level 40+.
-Adult hood 18+.
-Speak English so we are all able to communicate.
-Don't be full on needy. Please be self-sufficient. If you're constantly asking for things, you will be kicked.
-Please do the town.
-Do 9x310+ tasks. (Or opt out.) (Everyone is promoted to elder upon joining the neighborhood so you are able to help trash tasks.) If you do lower tasks, you will be kicked.
-Be friendly, say please and thank you. If you start drama, you will be kicked.
-Be helpful. It's always nice to lend a helping hand.
