As far as I can make out, it's all about peer pressure and/or not wanting to let fellow clan-mates down. This makes people feel obligated into participating.

I can sort of understand that, but as the stuff is all extra, the only thing that could possibly happen to a clan is that they progress at exactly the same rate as they all did pre clan games.

Can't really view that as a problem, seeing as how we've all been playing like that for years.

I really do not understand the peer pressure thing. How is that different from donations / war participation or whatever rules are set within a clan? Are these people so afraid to let their clan mates know their preferences in game? They are not afraid to tell truthh on these forums but not to their clan buddies? And if they are, why are they in that clan for if they are afraid?

    I don't buy it.

So wait. Do you mean these people are "burned out" and do not want to do clan games, hence they do not want others to have the possibility to get some stuff which they dont get? I know the other guy got some real flak for using these big words, but sounds a bit dumb, childish and selfish to me.

I say YES YES YES to frequent clan games ! and the ones who don't like them, they are free not to do them, nothing oblige them to do, so stop complaining, if you don't like don't play them.
Supercell please make clan games daily

Once you realize that this is the ulterior motive behind some of the complaints, you shouldn't be afraid of telling it as it is. No need to sugarcoat.

Yeah, but then they start using that as a way to reroute the whole discussion to forum rules etc. etc. Don't wanna go that route, I want to hear all those "valid" arguments.

Sorry, thought you had read my responses to you and others on this topic--I recall you responding to mine a few times.

You said my opinion isn't valid, and said I have mental problems (I think)...I disagree (not about mental problems--I'm sure I do), but also respect your point of view. Clan Games are great, and from my clan's perspective, keep them coming. We are benefitting from it, and it's been awesome for Clash as a whole. But that's the near-term. I think it would have better "staying" power and panache if more spread out.

Many here believe it should stay as is. I'd be fine with that too.
