I would say army camp gives you better early results.

if you have upgraded the laboratory to LVL8 and u have power potions

then go for super Pekka and use power potions

but the laboratory is not upgraded then go for army camp
because level1 super Pekka is not so much useful

Army Camp. Instantly increase your army space by 20%
Super Pekka only gives you another level 1 troop, you should have some level 14 troops if you are a BH8, Super Pekka can wait.

Definitely Army Camp. It improves your game immensely.

always a new camp first (even before lab upgrade)

The SECOND you have the extra camp, you will have extra force in your attacks .. and you will probably be able to win the next 8-10 attacks with little to no problems at all.

very true, i got down from 4200 to 3825 when it was being built
a quick jump from 3825 to 4400 in single day after getting it
