One thing everyone is ignoring when there is normal cGs.there are challenges that mixed of both BB base and main village.so people who are comfortable with BB can pick BB challanges and people who are comfortable with main village challanges can pick MB challanges.So the BB fans who are laughing out must think one thing they were never capped before because they were able to pick BB challanges even if it is normal CGs.But in this clan games non BB players were capped/locked down fully.So the allegation that MB players are jealous is baseless because there were no situation at all for BB players where they might feel same as MB players are feeling now

Buildergames have been a let down for our clan. All previous games were easily finished, even the 75k one. But this Buildergames.... we're stuck around 42k, 8k shy of the last tier. We have people who don't like BB and are tedious to actually play it.

I hope the next ones are main base!

Well if the BB has done one thing it's fill this forum with hate. I kinda thought it would fade with time but this rage has legs. As a fellow BB hater I have to admit I find it humorous.

I don't think anyone is ignoring that. It's central to all of the complaints. You must play bh to participate in the games. This was a special (and hopefully one time never to be repeated) event to celebrate the release of bh8. I fully expect something similar for a future main hall release. I was pleasantly surprised the we got the option to choose stuff useful for the main hall. They could have offered only bh resources and runes. I expect that most if not all in my clan will choose the book of heroes and building over the bh runes.

I don't know the numbers, but I am willing to bet that most players love both MB and BB. How did you come up the idea that one group is laughing about another group ?

Not a bet I would take going by my clan and this forum. Seeing polarised opinions both ways but few who ‘love’ both.

Well, we did it. But oh boy is chat interesting. We are a mainly main village clan, maybe 30% are BB fans. We are also an established long time teamwork playing clan with a fantasic core group.

"Never want to see bb again"/"ugh anyone else bunt out"?/"what was supercell thinking"?(this or variations repeated)

No one has a problem with celebrating BB8 by having a clan games (frequency of recent games is a seperate issue). However, being forced to help 'celebrate' by restricting how we contribute had definitely caused ill feeling to the game.

Consider this, a friend invites me to celebrate a birthday. Lets have a drink and nibbles.

He drinks beer and eats chips/crisps (consider this BB ) I am a wine and cheese gal ( lets call this main village) . We both contribute to the occasion and both enjoy our individual contributions. The rewards are the same. Some even enjoy a beer to start followed by a wine later during the event. The point is we have choices. We dont have to endure doing something we dont like.

I am glad we did the games as I feel this allows us to give constructive feedback. We did still work as a team but it was not enjoyable at all. Has only served to increase the dislike for BB that some had. Which in my eyes is unfortunate, I had hoped some would develop an interest in that side of the game.

moving forward I hope 'special event' clangames are more inclusive to all styles of play. Good luck to all the clans grinding out the final hour.

I find the over reaction of SOME a bit much.

I get many do not like it, but the attitude of SOME - not all - is that this has single handedly ruined clash and their clan. It is a four day game and if your clan universally dislikes it as SOME have stated, then you are on the same team of "lets skip this clan game". It seems SOME get angry at almost every games.

Looks like there is a market for new clans that are "NO CLAN GAMES" clans. Sure would relax some of the anger that seems to be floating around from SOME clashers.
