Hey SC,
as i dont like the new Clan Games which u given us after changing...i mean this time u have only given us Builder base challenges and no Multiplayer challenges...which lead us to hard to complete to the clan games...i mean the older ones are awesome <3 really...damn need those now

Rather making new threads if you would have checked the sticky thread in which it is clearly written " Celebrating launch of BH 8 and there will be no challenges of MAIN village "then you would have known this is just for one time and is informed too.
So please check other threads before making another useless thread showing your hate.

I certainly wouldn't accept that SC are forcing anybody to do anything here, but peer pressure/clanmates may well be.

But this sentence is bothering me. Why stay in a clan if there is pressure to do *anything* if you don't like it?
Are you then "forced" to stay in that clan, or can you "choose" to leave?
I guess one says forced to stay because of x/y reason? I use "choose" because of x/z reason because in the end, it is my decision...

Agree hate this new builder base only games. Our clan has worked hard to finish all the games until now, this new one is not getting done. Most of us only play builder base a little so clan participation on games is down. Very dissapointed. Here is to hoping this is not the way these games are going to continue.SUCKS for us the Clash Players.

People have social bonds to clan members, and these bonds create social pressures, this is the very bases of how every society functions. People like their societies, so we keep social contracts, and we respond to social pressure, because we are considerate to others people feelings and points of view.

Edit: and we enjoy being part of thee groups and societies, who we place demand on, and in turn place demand on us.

but Its the term they feel best expressed how they feel, so shouldnt they be able to use it If it is being used as it is commonly used? It feels like Its just an attempt to push back against the negative tide, which I understand you guys think Its over the top and irrational, but I think nit picking things like word usage misses a chance to adress the emotions and content, which are far more important. Emotions you can acknowledge, content you can clarify and discuss, and when that is done you said the foundations for rarional discussion.

Step 1 acknowledge the emotion (Its theirs, not yours)
step 2 understand the view (get clarification, ask questions, open a dialogue)
step 3 begin a rational discussion with appropriate debate and pushback once step 1 and 2 are complete

Well I’m not suggesting they shouldn’t use the word, just that it’s not a great choice as it’s shown to be one liable to sidetrack things when you’re discussing with people of a different perspective on the matter. So since we’re on a forum mediated by text and we have time to reflect privately before posting and edit, rather than being f2f in the immediate grip of an emotion... well, the onus is on both there, on the poster to think about how well their choice of words conveys their view in a way the reader will get, and on the reader to read charitably and look for the underlying sense in what’s said rather than jumping on a word. That’s the way to have an actual useful discussion. It takes two, both trying to make sense and actually discuss, rather than just A venting stuff and B bites back.

I just want to explain the best use of forced

it's just not the right word in term of games

this builder games is just a task / event with prize

just because the task / event / challenge isn't the ones you like to play doesn't mean it's mandatory

if by no means you feel being forced to do task for social aspect of the clan

then it's good as one of the goal of clan games is to increase activities and social

but... again
if your dog is safe at home
no one forced you.

it's just a task to get the prize from the event

but... if sc banned your clash because you don't participate in builder games
