    I can't possibly understand under ANY circumstances how the option could be possibly coming out to upgrade 25 walls at once. Hopefully this is not the case. I gradually more and more feel like I've wasted the last 4 years of my life. I understand you evolve or get left behind. Clash of Clans needs to expand and it has done a lot of great things in the past. This has NO positive upside in my opinion. At that point I just hope newer players realize there's little to no point in maxing your walls from level 10-12. I get it makes your bases "tougher" to 2-3 star. But it a 2 star game when you reach th 11 primarily anyways. If you're going to 60% 2 star a th 11 or 72% the th 11... is that really worth a 3 month 6 month 12 month grind? Or just a grind in general? The answers no in a nutshell. I can't speak for everyone but it's 100% factual. We enjoy the game so we may not see it like that but realistically walls 10-12 are almost pointless except to "progress."
    Troops primarily only attack a slew of the same walls anyways. I know you "don't know" which one they will attack so you upgrade them all anyways. However between knowing what walls troops primarily attack you from, combined with the fact that levels 10-12 are basically the same.... I don't know. I don't know my point here. And I don't even know why I'm posting this. Our opinion doesn't matter and all we ever want to do is argue with each other anyways. So I'll leave this here and it is what it is. The good days are behind us. Lets just make the game easier for everyone and forget the people that kept the game running.

    Aaaah the good old "I had it hard, everyone has to"

    I for myself have grinded myself to the top and I don't mind if other people will have it easier, so long the game progresses.

    Looking forward to the updates! I'm curious if the points we've accumulated to-date will count toward the achievement, or if it's starting from 0 after the update hits. Either way, sounds good!

    I get ya, I've been here a long time as well, and I'm almost completely maxed, and I've spent hrs and hrs a day, almost every day for almost 4 yrs grinding it out. But I don't think of it like they're making it easier for others, because I know the grind that we old players have put in, so I don't begrudge the new players getting to where I am quicker, doesn't bother me in the least. But you know what would may be make it kind of cool?, is a badge with your start date on it by your name or something, that way you get some kind of acknowledgement for how long you've been around.

    Edit: Considering the cost progression of walls, my opinion is that:
    VB- 1 ring will upgrade +1 level any wall up to level 8 (same as gold-only upgrades), with some lost res.
    VB- 2 rings will be needed for level 9, 4 for L10, 6 for L11, 8 for L12 (aka ring value = 0.5mil VB-gold/elix),
    BB- 1 ring will upgrade +1 level any wall up to level 4, with some lost res.
    BB- 2 rings will be needed for level 5, 3 for L6, 5 for L7 (aka ring value = 0.4mil BB-gold),
    Or something of that sort... I wish to be wrong, but somehow that ring must have some resource value (as it is the only requirement for wall upgrades).

    In the above scenario a full upgrade of a single wall piece:
    VB-L1 to L12 would cost 27 rings, plus the initial 50 gold to create the wall,
    BB-L1 to L7 would cost 13 rings plus 4k gold to create the wall.
    In my opinion they might not consider Resource values.

    Agreed.....these are all great additions to the game....the resource runes are insane if they truly will add 200k DE to a max storage. People need to stop trying for the whole mile when the inch is pretty sweet already.

    That's why others trashing tasks will help during the games. Get those tasks from the board to get more valuable ones for your clanmates.
    I'm doing that all the time, since I aim to get as near to 3k points as possible, without reaching 3k points ('till I complete 3k points on the last day).


    But if SC did what I'm currently expecting, I applaud to the team.
    Ressource-runes... new vendor coming to town... tracked clangamepoints...
    Maybe the scored points will become a currency for the new vendor? Like that they would encourage ppl to actually play the games and grab a hold on those 'Do one task, reap all the rewards', without actually setting a hard cap.
