I personally don't make my "regular rounds" shopping from neighbours like I used to anymore. Now when my barn is bigger and I can keep a bigger stock of everything, I normally pick up whatever I'm semi-low on through the newspaper.

So basically the only time I shop from friends is when they're appearing on my help tap. After reviving trees and filling whatever crates I can fill, I will visit their shops. I've noticed many stock their store right before flagging, almost as if the goodies are for people stopping by to help. I have to admit I will buy majority of the stuff and TRY my best to leave behind stuff I know I can survive without (although I'm really want to buy it all lol). Is it more "ok" to raid if you helped or is it just as unwelcome? There's a particular nbr I help a lot, but this person also stock up with great goodies a lot and sometimes this person have a flagged crate that doesn't get filled for a few hrs but I do my "help round" every few moments and it's a habit to always peek in the shop after visiting each farm. Will this person feel I'm "stalking"?
Good Mornin' Pink...well it's morning here anyway.

To me raiders are those friends who consistently grabs everything I put in my RSS and rarely if ever lends a hand to help or put goodies in their shop. Especially when those friends are at a higher level than I am. I know who those people are and find myself less willing to help them out. I love neighbors who....are neighbors. They wander through my shop on occasion and pick up a few items, they help out on a regular basis, and offer goodies for sale in their shops. THOSE people are the true friend/neighbors and I am always more than eager to help them out and eager to put goodies in the shop for them. To me, what you do is not raiding it is being neighborly.
BTW..we are friends on the baby acct. - thanks for the help last night!

About this: ever since I joined the forums and started to read about players' opinions on 'raiding' neighbours' RSS, I started to feel guilty about buying stuff from either neighbours or other players. I can't help myself when I see a shop filled with cakes, ice creams, jams and other good goodies, I buy them all. I try to stock my RSS with good goodies too for others, but actually I only sell nice goods when I'm saving up coins for a new machine or expansion (currently saving up for a Soup Kitchen and third Lobster). Usually, I'm selling bad goodies like wheat and corn because I'm wheating, and I feel awful for boring everyone with my RSS. Wheating goes on for days and days!

I do hope though, once my barn is big enough, I can stock up on a lot of goodies and will be able to sell 'back' all those cakes, ice creams and jams to neighbours on a daily base!

Yes I also do this because I tend to raid my neighbors RSS but I can never put up anything good because I'm always needing it. Maybe one day I'll put up a bunch of stuff for my friends & neighbors with no ad so they can raid my shop as well.

I say if it's in my RSS and you want it, buy it! I try to stock goodies throughout the day, and try to make them "fun", and I sell for a bit below max usually--I like when neighbors visit!!!!
....but I do occasionally get wiped out pretty fast....

Ok good because I know I've bought a good amount of stuff from you !! I try to return the favor sometimes by placing stuff in my RSS with no ads!! I think I might be doing that more often now since I'm done with truck for at least a little while!!

Yes, you do! Every time I visit your shop, its all sold, lol.

How much snow did you get?

I wish it would snow here. We've had two storms in the last 2 weeks roll through that were supposed to leave a good amount of snow, but they both fizzled out.

For the most part, it doesn't bother me if my shop gets raided. It's there to sell. I just feel bad because sometimes, I have a couple of neighbors (and followers) that raid my shop quite a bit. So then I wonder if other neighbors think I never sell anything good, when I do.

Sometimes I go to help a neighbors farm because they show up in the ! tab, and by the time I get there and locate what they need help with someone has beat me to it. So then I wonder if some of my neighbors think I'm a terrible neighbor because it seems like I never help, lol.
