Game Center dosen’t want to connect, ish

Hey. I have had this problem for a really long time. My farm is connected to my GC and is saved, on my iPad, although it wants me to choose between farm 1 & farm 2. I choose farm 1.This pop up thingy shows up whenever I log into my farm..

When I try to play on my phone (with the same GC), it does connect, kind of. It wants me to choose between farm 2 & another farm (lets name it farm 3), that i guess was created when I downloaded Hayday to my phone.

Basically, I don’t know what to do. How do I get my main farm (1) to my phone?
