Can’t load game, apple users PLEASE LEAVE ON GENERAL

Hi clashers.
Many of you are having trouble getting onto the game today from your iPhone.

I understand this to be an issue with Apple, they are doing something that lowers performance to increase battery life.

I BELIEVE this is what you need to fix the issue yourselves if the dev team are unable to work around.

Many of my clan mates are having the issue and can’t get online, I myself have an iPhone se on iOS 11.0.3 And also suffering. It takes multiple attempts to get online and it seems the higher the battery level the more chance you have.

PLEASE leave this on general as this is where most forumers head to, many won’t look through other pages to find if others are suffering and will panic.

If anyone official can make a statement or back up my info it will help ease the calm.

I have an iPhone 8, a 6 and a two newer iPads. All my devices were running on iOS 11.2.5 which, until the beta release mentioned above, was the latest version. I have the login problem on just my iPhone 6. When I noticed the beta iOS update I thought maybe it was a fix. Downloaded it only on my iPhone 6. No change. Still can’t stay logged in. My other 3 devices work fine on iOS 11.2.5 so I’m not gonna tempt fate. Unfortunately, downloading the beta iOS didn’t fix anything.

Ok guys I have been geeking and trouble shooting with my clan mates and there seems to be a pattern.

Here is what I suggest to get you back online

1) charge your phone to as high as you can, higher the better

2) double tap home and swipe away all background apps

3) perform a soft reset by holding power and home until iPhone turns off and on again

4) give me feedback 😜
