(bottom bases need to attack within the first 12 hrs)
Usually we clear the bases starting from the bottom
so we can better plan attacks at the top.
And no matter the outcome of the war,
always get both attacks in.
No donation ratio.
Just be courteous and try to fill open requests
especially when you request troops yourself.
