Could you change the log in screen to show the user name of the account and not the email for the account?
Im getting this error again and again. I saw some videos on YouTube and they were telling that I need to wait for 2 days !!!!! They also said that if u entered wrong code for logging in then this error occurs but I entered right code while logging in. Pls help.
The codes are valid only one time and the codes will expire. Make sure your not using old code. And some of the members in our clan had a delay in getting the emails with the pin code. You need to be patient and make sure you using the most recent code you received. Do not rush when doing it.
The code system is so much better than if we had a password associated with our accounts because it adds an extra level of security with two-step verification and we don’t have to remember yet another password. However, this raises another issue when people can’t seem to input a 6-digit code properly...

Supercell ID is confusing and not explained well at all
I set up my Supercell ID expecting it to be intuitive. I thought it would link the emails I have already set up for Gamecenter accounts to the in game accounts.
Of course, that didn’t happen and now I’m stuck with my main email now connected to a brand new village and not my TH11 account. Super frustrating and not helpful at all. Not to mention my fully IOS updated iPad doesn’t even have the option of Supercell ID and still have to use Gamecenter for it.
This was a very poorly rolled out feature and has only caused headaches for me. I would HIGHLY recommend not using the feature until it gets sorted out and easier to use. Its only caused me frustration and now I cant switch back to Game Center login, so i cant even figure out how to load my TH11 onto my phone.
I had no issues at all. 3 accounts. Each has its own email address. Checked remember on this device and boom switch between accounts with no issue. So much easier than GC ever was.

So I linked too super cell id. Then I went too email typed in the code. It said wrong code requested another code still wrong now I'm locked out and supercell isn't answering when I emailed them on my mini,been almost 24 hours. I spent money getting too 5880 now I'm loosing cups and I'm in war. How long will I be locked out?? Help please!!
2 accounts transferred to sc ID 2 still on Google 1 is lost and the other I have to send email Everytime. 26 war win streak on the line but no one is getting back to me.
Any recommendations or fixes you know of to help me?
