I only have 1 account, I logged into supercell Id easy enough on my iPad, then onto a USA cellphone with no problems, but when I tried to put it on my Canadian cell phone, all apple products, it said to enter the number sent to my email, but I was never sent the email, so I tried again, and again never got sent an email. Now like others I get the oops too many tries message. I can no longer access the game on my Canadian iPhone.
I’ll try again tomorrow but it needs sorting, some people have paid a lot of money for their base.

hi. first of all i want to ask how can i deactivate the supercell id when i switch account using one device only because when i change my other account to my main account is always require my supercell id and everytime i log in to my main account it always require a verification code in my gmail so its time consuming. can i register my other account to supercell id so it will not always ask for confirmation code??? please help me for this.thanks in advance

Clash doesn't have an account. It is either G+ or GC.

You certainly will have been sent the email. Is it possible it got treated as junk mail?

Hi there,

I'm trying to link both my accounts on one device, but when I entered the second account with the supercell ID, a fresh and new townhall spawn in, not the one that is linked to that account. What am I doing wrong? Would love to swap between the two accounts without logging on and of at the game center.

In the th1 village go to settings and select Supercell id. From there you can continue to link your accounts.

It says I am logged in with the correct email that my account is using, but the new town hall still spawns. It doesnt give me an option to link any accounts when selecting supercell ID. It says connected as the correct email, but the townhall for that email doesnt load. If I created a supercell ID without being logged in with the correct account, will it make a fresh one?
