I can not log into my SuperCell ID account. I'm writing a system "Too many attempts, please try again later." Help solve the problem. When will be opened?

Fiz minha conta no supercel ID , nas primeiras horas funcionou normalmente fui logar de noite , parou de enviar o código de verificação pro meu e-mail , agora tá aparecendo "muitas tentativas de login tenta novamente mais tarde" e já passou horas por favor me ajudem .

He must have created super cell id without the game progress ask him to logout and enter the game without the super cell id then load his progressed village from Google play and then try the super cell id signup process again and don't try to login as you are suppose to create an account in the first place as I see people try login to their account without creating super cell id and fail

Onece the signup process is completed, 2nd time its not allow to sing up again. In that case he must need a help from supercell to get back his account. Please help him.

I started a thread about it this morning and it got taken down, why?.
The supercell ids work and i like em cause now i can play all accounts on my new iphone but on the android tablet the supercell id screen wont populate it just stays white
