But of course. Most of us were around to take advantage of the sub 200 days, where our armies were primarily goblins. Unfortunately, as you're aware, those sub 200 days are mostly over and, quite frankly, many of us including myself do not have the patience to stay online unless there's a good reason to do so.
So, now most of us are in the 1200-1800 range with varying armies. Still, if you're lucky, you can hit a good base with full mines/pumps with just gobs, you just have to be careful of dropping too many trophies or you'll hit sh*tty loot and be forced to 3 star a few noob bases to move back up.

Great guide, thank you!
Great guide thanks. This last tip is the best, IMO - not only do you learn little from copying someone else's design, but any serious raider will have seem that design a lot already, and have a head-start in defeating it.
At least if you create your own design, people will have to think about how to raid it from scratch, making them more prone to skip it, or make one or more fatal errors when attacking under time preasure...
Great guide, thanks buddy.

I only just noticed that this was bumped. I guess I should get around to updating it again.
With apologies, I don't give out my Gamecenter ID or respond to PM solicitations to do base design critiques.
OK, I did one pass at updating it. I'll probably make a few more after the update.
