1 not maxed obstacles - 4 trees & 10 total Lunars

Seeing as how Trees don't show on FC and don't spawn on max obstacle bases, it seems safe to surmise that they act as regular and not special obstacles. Bummer.

I have 47 obstacles including the tree.
BUT the tree was obstacle 45 have got 2 fireworks since then . Since the tree spawned as number 45 idk if it counts

Great point and congrat's on the tree. The tree would have put you at the max so don't be surprised to see only FW's now.

Yeah happy I got one , will be devastating if it turns back into a normal tree post event . *fingers crossed*

I think after all we might have a limitation on the number of special obstacles you can have and it might be supercell's new policy against the people who collect them and use spawn base all along during the event.

so many people say that the tree might act as a regular obstacle but I think it's more complicated than that. for instance, I deleted more than 40 of the regular obstacles that I gathered hardly in the course of 5 years (since I thought this problem might be a housing space situation or maybe the limitation had something to do with the regular obstacles.).
and I had 43 special obstacles then I got 1 firework. so it takes the number to the 44.and still no fortune trees.
bloodynine says he had the tree as for his 45th special obstacle and this makes me wonder if I need to erase any of my special obstacles to get a tree or not. but I deleted a scary pumpkin anyway...

and about tickets, I send numerous of them with different questions and email addresses but they only replied the first one and the interesting fact they still send surveys for the question that they didn't answer and they asked if I satisfied with their support service.

as for this tickets and supercell support service, I think they mostly rely on volunteer support because this is the only logical explanation for a support team that has no clue what's going on more than other players. if you push them too hard they only got this to say: special obstacles are magical!

Please Do a fix break for solving this huge problem , it's going to end the lunar new year event and still no fortune tree 😢😢😢😢, even it effects on my attacks , cause I hate attack anymore , to confront with multitude fortune trees & fireworks players

Not sure if SC has a new policy on special obstacle caps.We would know about it if they did.
I think it is simply some sort of bug with this update which has caused them to spawn at a strange rate and quite differently than what we are used to.It is impossible to work out the best way to increase your chances of getting them if you don't know how this bug has affected the spawn rate.We just don't that info.
I have got 27 special obstacles including 1 tree and 1 fireworks stash.I also have 7 regular obstacles.That's it!Running a spawning base.
So why haven't l got more?Got heaps of room.

Too bad it's not the fireworks that won't spawn. Would much rather have the fortune tree than the firework. Sorry for the double negative, but it's better that way.

Hopefully we will see a maintanence break when the lunar games start to fix this problem.Hopefully.
Try not to panic too much just yet.There is still time to get them.
