Best army I can suggest for going to Titans is Lavaloon. That's what I used to get there. Your hounds are a bit low, so instead of 2x hounds and the rest balloons with more loons in the cc, I'd suggest 2 of your hounds + a max hound in cc.
If you can make champs, you can make titans as the bases don't really get any harder, you just have to be aware of which ones you can realistically attack. Plus you have to gain more trophies in an attack session than you will lose on defence, when a big TH11 100% you. And they will.
Pushing LaLoon
farming DE nothing beats Miners and Heal for DE ROI. Costs just one poison spell. But L1 miners are soft
war save power potions to use on bases you can't LaLoon
As others have said, Lavaloon might be your best bet.
But, i dont think you'll find it worth it. I have a 9.5 and i find crushing easy bases, dead bases and bad designs much more profitable than nexting 50 times, or settling for a base that your no match for just because they have a lot of loot. And one mistake and your not getting that Titan bonus. Right now i'm sitting in Champs II and its TH11, 11, 11, max 10, 11, 11, max 10, easy 10 no loot, 11 ,11 etc.
