It still there but someone is not finding it do to SC made it temp unavailable for many due to service lags when Clan games introduced you can still contact them from here

No it isn't.

The delete button only allows you to delete posts within threads. You cannot delete the opening post of a thread except in the first 5 minutes after it is created.
