I completely agree with Raindragon. I love the ridiculousness of it all, and I l appreciate the facets of the game that appeal to all demographics. Very clever and forward-thinking. Kudos to SC for an obviously very successful venture.

Well guess I'll have to retract one of my wishes (regarding the loom) hmph.

I'm kind of lukewarm on the sushi and salad bar thing...I thought I got away from Cafe "insert word here" type games and that's exactly what they remind me of. The Salad bar was the death knell for me in one of those games sadly.

I get that people want to have a 'nod' to other countries cuisines but eventually it may get out of hand with different foods from all over the world- France, Germany, Kenya, Canada (!), Mexico to the point where it's going to be overwhelming to even produce stuff and causing the poor barn to bust at the seams and severely limiting how much products you can hold of each (then a boat order comes along....12 brown sugars in 3 crates each 5 sushi in 3 crates and oh...3 apple jams of 3 crates each)...eeek.

Just a humble opinion, please don't eat the duck.

    We'll see how it goes...

I don't mind most of the updates so far, but there are some I could do without... To each their own...

I'm going to put my 2 or 3 cents worth in here as well lol. I am quite excited about the new updates, haven't really played that long, but am so hooked, nothing will make me want to give up. Bring it on SC. It is a multi national game and anyone can have what they want on their own farm. I for one love the fishing ( do it in real life as well) sushi well, not so sure bout that, but I will have the machine and produce it, when the time comes. Don't know where it is going to live, but there will be a spot

Did I really say four hours for a red lure??? DOH!!! <smacks head> You're absolutely right, and I had lobster traps on the mind as well as the free fishing nets.

Dawnica, 1.5 hours for each freebie red worm lure. Not bad at all!

Thanks guys for your feedback, and thoughts!! We really appreciate it, even if it is negative.

Adding more things like a sushi bar, salad bar, coffee kiosk etc. makes it (in my opinion) more diverse and intriguing. Embracing new (and maybe sometimes a bit off topic) things makes it so much more interesting. We will keep adding more "regular" things as well, but things like how you get bacon in Hay Day is something we love doing - something that's not so realistic per se, but above all, fun. Same goes with some of the production buildings, and products.

Keep the feedback rolling in folks, we are here and we are listening.

    Cheers,

    Nick

    Thank you Nick!
you and the HayDay team are awesome... not only for the great game, your patience with writing code, and your obvious good looks and humour...
BUT also for putting up with our whining.

Thanks Nick, the update is super fun. I'll put a plug in here again for some added fruits (bananas!!) and new products on the machines we already have instead of continually adding more machines (space issues being what they are). For some reason, three kinds of pies keep coming to mind: chocolate cream, banana cream, and coconut cream. We could already do the chocolate one right now. You know, that sort of thing. More things in the bakery, more things in the cake machine, etc. KUDOS to you and the team for coming up with new ways to use eggs - that's awesome!

How about chocolate milk in the dairy? Eggnog (probably too seasonal)? Swiss cheese?

New sandwiches in the grill, i.e. grilled cheese, Reuben, etc. How about blueberry pancakes (new fruit too!)

New cakes, i.e. coconut, coffee cake, pound cake, etc. Different cakes from around the world would be wonderful. So would cupcakes.

Banana bread in the bakery? Corn muffins? Blueberry muffins?

Just a few suggestions. I know, it'll be redirected to the Ideas section, but I thought since you were here and all...
