    Spicy Derby!

We are having a Love/Hate relationship with Mystery Derby!
Half of hood love it while other half hates it! Either way everyone is doing all the 400 point task that come up! Yes there are a lot of groans & nail-biting but also a lot of sighs, ooooo's & aaaaaahhhh's!
Thank you supercell for spicing up the derby! 🔥 🔥 🔥

    Glad you're having fun!
So, we can conclude half of you are getting nice tasks?

My 1st wasn't so good but all after has been a breeze! 1 more to go before 10th.
Probably be q doozy! (strawberries, goats milk or wool or something that requires same machine!)
But that's OK as its been a great ride so far!
Hoodies are getting pretty good (fairly easy) ones too!

I like it too, something new.
My farm production is down though. I'm afraid to fill up machines. If I load up the juicer and get an apple juice task it could be brutal. As I near taking a task, my machines are sitting empty.

I also like that the amount you have to produce varies. One of our members did get the dreaded goat milk task, but she only has to collect 47 (as opposed to the brutal 49). That's 8 hours saved (or lots of diamonds).
It's like you're getting any old task but it's worth 400 regardless of amount. We had a help task where only 20 people needed to be helped.

I did the same Chip, left machines pretty much freed up, planted quicker crops lest I need the fields, etc.
Didnt collect things I made over night, etc.

Yep, got no choice. As it gets closer to the end I'll take more chances.

This derby was so much fun and was easy for me because I was lucky enough to get all good tasks. The other three in the hood are getting slammed with goats milk and strawberry tasks. It would be great if there was a limited amount of the more time consuming tasks like goat’s milk.

I've enjoyed it with my main farm....lucked out and got great tasks that allowed me to compete derby quite quickly

Now my baby farm is another story! Baby farm which is in a solo NH, is at level 38 and I'm still working away due to some bad luck.

1st tasks was fishing (95lbs with only 6 open spots)
2nd tasks was a helper one (26 yay!!)
3rd tasks was a feed one (165 animals, also great)
4th tasks was tomatoes (285 with only 60 fields, eek!)
5th tasks is cookies (25....scheduled to be done in 14 hrs.... )

Hopefully I get some luck on the rest of my tasks. It's doubtful I will be able to complete all my tasks this week. Oh well, I still think the mystery derby is fun.
Hay Day level 79 / Baby Farm level 35
    Achievements completed: 130/141
    Town level: 23

What a refreshing derby and a welcomed change to the same old same old. I hope they do mystery derby more often. I think it helps level the playing field too for Hoods that spend diamonds to trash vs hoods that donít. And, quite frankly itís fun not to have a full barn all the time and try to make things fit lol

Mine totally sucked. Got animal feeding task from my first mystery task. Right after I had just finished feeding all my animals. New picked a mystery task ever again.
