I gotta say I don't particularly like this derby because I like to win and prefer not to use diamonds except for the extra task. In a 2 person hood the town tasks are impossible when it's individuals like dancers etc

I have 4 on the board and am very hesitant (I'm mostly dreading a town visitor task-which I never do). Please share what your mystery task is. Thanks!

I got incredibly lucky all the way through:

1) Mining: 99 ores
2) Help: 30
3) Corn: 620
4) Townies: any 20
5) Boats: just 3
6) Trucks: only 21
7) Boats: 3 again
8) Townies: Three lots of five specific ones
9) Help: 28

And I'm done. Been very easy.
Sadly, some of my neighbours have not been so lucky and ended up with wool and other long term ones.
Also 20 blue hats which, as we know, are pretty tight time wise to get done but she'll make it.
Of course, we've also had others that have sprung up which have proved very difficult to do because they disrupt your schedule e.g. one of us was due to go out a few hrs later and ended up getting a corn one but didn't have enough free land spots to do in the time she had.
I'm sure there are plenty of other similar incidents out there that have annoyed people too.
