Back after being a top-tier player 6 months ago. Need serious help. NEED UPDATE!

Hello,

I'm back after 6 months! I first started playing the summer of 2012 and was ranked #123 at one point. Then I quit after realizing how much money is needed to be spent to play the game. I was at a point where I literally couldn't upgrade anything unless I spent real money. However, it seems like a lot of things have changed and I'm excited to see what's new.

Some information: None of my "dark" soldiers are maxed out, but my other ones are such as pekkas, dragons, etc. Spells are maxed.

Here is what I need help with, and I would greatly appreciate it:
- The current, most cost-effective way of farming in the game. What soldiers do I breed? Which spells? How/when/where to deploy them? Which trophy-range is the best?
- The current, most effective way of beating other villages in top-tier levels of play. The last time I left off people were just trlololo maxed Pekkas with purple spells and got an automatic win.
- Anything else important that you would like to mention that is crucial for the game today.

Well to start you need to set your th outside and drop cups...😃

Then start cooking archers in 2 barracks.barbs in the other 2...

Spells-assuming your a th10 maybe 2 lightning,a rage and a few heal spells or go all lightning(this way you can take possibly 2 mortars and cc troops with just spells)

Then hit that attack button and be prepared to hit next ALOT what you want to look for is collectors with good resources in em preferably anything over 200k each.

Once you find this juicy collectors you will wan to start by dropping barbs in a circular motion around the village.Assuming you only have 220 camp space u should have around 110-120 barbs drop all but 20-30 barbs Then repeat with Archers untill you have no troops OR you can collect the resources without depleting your troops.

Wouldn't they all just get raped by wizard/mortars though? Are goblins any good for farming? Most people don't have much in collectors I think, they are all hidden away in the center of the base in the storages .

How can you tell how much of the available loot are in the collectors as opposed to the storages?

There is quite a lot. Go around 1800 trophies. One of my clanmates is there, and gets 200k in almost very battle from the collector. Hes a town hall 10. Gobs are great, ecspecially with 20 wallbreakers and rest gobs. What did you have before you left? And lv 6 troops aren't taken out that easily if you attack the right people at 1800.

Once u enter the village through raiding those little collectors(elixer especially you can tell if the center of it is full or empty the more you see in it the more it has in it...And you get 75% of whatever is in it)
You can most definatly use lvl 6 goblins to do the same its all on how you want to raid and what cup range your gonna raid in as well...

I use all archers to farm BUT, don't spam.. You need to be efficient.

I go for around 1k per troop, means.. If you can take 100k gold, do it but not with other 100 archers. Good luck!

Archers 6, Barb 4, Giants 5, Balloons 5, Pekkas 3.
