I have done a couple of support tickets and send e-mail to feedback@supercell but they didn't answer. First ticket was placed 6.11 and i have done three of them after that and no answer. My question was about lost gems and village. Supercell is not taking responsibility for their problems and that's how they treat their paying customers. Let's make a group to facebook and other medias and link these threads there! Maybe we get attention then. I am very, very dissapointed to supercell and I am not going to say any good word to any of my friends. This sucks. 15 days and no a single answer!! they take us money and forget the issues.
